Center Step Four-Step Roses

I used Kitchen Sink Stamps for the roses.  The KSS four-step stamps create such an rich impression.  I punched the rose with the large scallop circle; spellbinder dies were used for the other two scalloped circles.  The side and front panels and the largest scalloped circles were all stamped with SU background stamps.  The sentiment is from SU, as were the punches for the sentiment.  Bling was added to the sentiment and the top corner.
